These general terms of sale govern the purchase of Wecipe PRO subscriptions available exclusively through Apple Inc.'s App Store.

2. Exclusive distribution on the App Store

The Wecipe application and its in-app purchases are available exclusively on Apple's App Store. No purchase can be made directly on the wecipe.app website or through any other channel.

All transactions are processed by Apple Inc. in accordance with theApp Store Terms and Conditions. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

4. Free trial

The annual subscription includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, the paid subscription will start automatically at the indicated price.

Only one free trial is granted per Apple ID account.

5. Automatic renewal

Wecipe PRO subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each period (monthly or annual), unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Renewal is managed by Apple. The renewal date and amount are visible in your Apple ID settings.

6. Prices and currencies

The prices displayed are in euros (€) including all taxes (VAT). Prices may vary depending on your country of residence and the App Store pricing policy in your region. Apple is responsible for billing and currency conversion.

7. Subscription management and cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

  • On iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Wecipe
  • On Mac: App Store → your name → View Info → Subscriptions
  • Via the web: reportaproblem.apple.com

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You continue to benefit from PRO features until that date.

8. Refunds

In accordance with Apple's policy, refund requests must be addressed directly to Apple via:
reportaproblem.apple.com

Wecipe does not directly process refunds, as these are handled exclusively by Apple Inc. in accordance with their refund policy.

9. Service accessibility

Wecipe is an iOS application available on devices running iOS 16 or higher. We are committed to ensuring 24/7 service availability, subject to planned technical maintenance and events independent of our will (force majeure, third-party service failures).

10. Modification of offers

Wecipe reserves the right to modify its offers and prices. Any price modification will be notified with 30 days' notice. Current subscriptions are not affected until their next renewal.

11. Applicable law

These conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts will have jurisdiction. In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have the possibility to use a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method.
